Popie Virginia Fullilove was the eldest daughter of John Tatum & Charlotte Annabelle Gable Fullilove. Popie died from Dyptheria days after contracting the disease. Her younger sister, Nancy Lousia, who was born earlier in the same year, survived the disease.
Popie is buried next to her youngest sister, Lillie Pope Fullilove, who died at age 5y, 6m, 22d.
