Terrell Phillips (1904-1962), 57, Crescent City, who is reported to have been in ill health for some time, was found dead at his home Friday morning.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at 3 o’clock at the Clayton Frank and Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Thomas V. Newman, pastor of the Mission Baptist Church, Seville, officiating. Interment followed in the Eden Cemetery at Crescent City.
He is survived by his widow, Mollie and a step-daughter, Mrs. Lou Alma Phillips, both of Crescent City; two brothers, Eugene, Pomona Park and Green R., Crescent City, and three grandchildren. (Palatka Daily News Obituary dtd Monday, 26 Feb 1962
