Floyd Nicholas Anderson, age 70, Kingston, Route 1, a retired farmer and grocer, died at 8:30 p.m., Friday, August 13, 1965, in the VA Hospital after an illness of six months. He was born Nov. 24, 1894, in Jackson Township, Pike County, to George and Hester Rose Anderson and was a veteran of World War I. On Sept. 14, 1922, he married Viola Bauer, who died May 28, 1928. On Oct 15, 1936, he married Helen Allen, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Howard E. of Waverly, Route 3, by his first marriage, and Lowell J. of Mt. Sterling; a daughter, Mrs. Franklin E. (Harriett) Blagg of Columbus; five grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Lawrence Miller of Waverly; and a brother, Edward of Frankfort. He was predeceased by a daughter, Janet. Service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, in the Richmond Dale Baptist Church with burial in Caldwell Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m., Monday. at the Ware Funeral Home and after 1 p.m., Tuesday, at the church.
