He was born to Levi Russell and Martha Rawls Russell. He moved to Zephyrhills 10 years ago from West Palm Beach, Fla. He was a retired supervisor for Lucent Technologies and was a US Navy Veteran. He had attended the Trinity United Methodist Church in Zephyrhills. He was survived by his wife, Phyllis W. Russell of Zephyrhills and Auburn, N.Y.; four children, Dawn Clark of Guilford, N.Y., Diane and Bill Cumberledge of St. Albans, W.Va., Russell and Marcia Clark of Locke, N.Y., and Marilyn and Bob Young of Weedsport, N.Y.; two sisters, Mary Dailey of Riverside, Calif., and Kathryn Simpson of Sequim, Wash.; and his grandchildren, Thomas and Andrew Young, Molly Clark, and Jeff and Danielle Utter.
