Homer Harold Hartsell, aged 68, of 2622 Ringo street, died at a Little Rock hospital Thursday night. He was the owner of the Whiteway Market, 520 Center street, and had been in the grocery business here for 42 years. He was born in Russellville September 7, 1876, and came to Little Rock in 1902. He was a member of Winfield Methodist church. He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Miss Betty Jo Hartsell of Little Rock and Mrs. R. C. Goodson of Silverdale, Washington; a sister, Mrs. Hattie Branch of North Little Rock; a brother, Harry V. Hartsell of North Little Rock; and two stepsons, James Gunter of Washington, D.C., and PFC Melvin Gunter, stationed with the army in the South Pacific. The body is at Healey & Roth. Funeral services for Homer Harold Hartsell, of 2622 Ringo street, will be held at the Healey & Roth chapel at 3 p.m. Tuesday by the Rev. R. D. Adams and the Rev. Lowell A. VanPatten. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial park. Active pallbearers Grover T. Owens, Dr. C. B. May, Paul E. Talley, Tom Raney, E. M. White Sr. and Roy Burton. Honorary Dr. W. R. Richardson, James B.
