Son of Rev. Isaac Hadden, was reared in Alabama, where his father established and preached at several Presbyterian churches.
Hadden Presbyterian Church in Boyd, Alabama is named in Isaac's memory.
Isaac's son, name variatons Rev Dr Lewis ""Louis"" Hadden. I guess death 1889-1891 has Roots in Louisiana: "Both spouses have indication of retiring in Alabama(((Sold land in opalousas, Lousiana 1889 at time of wifes father's probate will))))". Other real estate news: Was questioned about Joe or Joseph Sanders/Saunders of Belmont, Alabama who purchased land from a Lewis Hadden in 1870. May have been a worker or slave of the Haddens.
