Marian Watson, Death Notice
Marian Rosanna Bonser Watson, 83 of Salina, Kan., died Tuesday Aug. 24, 2004.
A graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 28, Glasgow Cemetery, Glasgow. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at first United Methodist Church of Fairfield, 201 N. Court, Fairfield, IA 52556. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimerss Association, 347 S. Laura, Witchita, KS 67211.
Mrs. Watson was born Jan. 29, 1921, in New London. She was a retired nurse at Asbury and St. Johns Hospitals in Salina. She married Welday Watson. He preceded her in death in 1975.
Survivors include three sons, Larry and Welday Watson, both of Salina., and Gary Watson of Fort Worth, Texas; two daughters, Sheila Breck and Wanda Hicker both of Olympia, Wash.; two brothers, Raymond Bonser of Mt Pleasant, and Wayne Bonser of Oceanside, Calif.; and seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
