Adeline Addie Bechard, age 84, passed away October 9, 2011 at the Gove County Medical Center. She was born May 16, 1927 in Dorrance to Henry and Charlotte (Lilak) Kepka. She was a teacher. She married Armond Bechard, Sr. on May 31, 1951 in Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and son Don Bechard. Survivors include sons Harold Bechard of Salina, Raymond Bechard of Lawrence, Richard Bechard of Overland Park, and Armond Bechard, Jr. of Topeka, and daughters Charla Moos of Grinnell and Mary Beth Nelson of Tonganoxie, brother Raymond Kepka of Dorrance, and sister Betty Mattas of Wilson, 18 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Service 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 12, 2011 Immaculate Conception Church, Grinnell. Visitation will be 5 - 9 p.m. Tuesday at the church parish center with Rosary /Wake service at 7 p.m. Interment in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery. Memorials to Polycistic Kidney Foundation and Senior Companion Program in care of Kennedy-Koster Funeral Home, PO Box 221, Oakley 67748.
