Chester Adydan, 67, of 417 Hamilton St. died Wednesday at Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Mr. Adydan was a life resident of Syracuse . He retired in 1982 from the U.S. Postal Service.
Mr. Adydan was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are a daughter, Kathleen A. Adydan of Syracuse ; three sons, Michael, James and Thomas, all of Syracuse ; a brother, Eugene; a sister, Genevieve Smith; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 8 a.m. Saturday at Bordynski-Hollis Funeral Home and 9 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
There will be no calling hours.
