Mrs. Sadie Morgan, 89, died early
this morning at the Hershey
Convalescent Home following an
extended illness.
Funeral services will be held Thurs-
day at 1:30 p.m. at the Ralph J.
Wittich Funeral Home. Officiating
will be Rev. William Keller. Burial
will be in Memorial Park cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m.
Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Morgan, 1006 E. 7th St., was
born March 1, 1885, in Shenandoah,
the daughter of John S. and Rachael
Statten Stitt. She married Martin
M. Raushenberger in 1899 in Daven=
port. He preceded her ind death.
She married Ernest Ray Morgan in
1933 in Rock Island and he also
preceded her in death. She was a
member of the First Christian
church.
Srviving are three sons, Richard
and Mart Raushenberger, both of
Muscatine, and Jack Raushenberger
of LeClaire; a step-on Ralph
Morgan of Muscatine; two daughters,
Mrs. Ernest Heuer of Bettendorf
and Mrs. Wayne Miller of New
Boston, I11.; 19 grandchildren
and 29 greatgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by both
husbands, her parents, two sons,
two stepsons and two grandchildren.
