Stricken on Hay Load
Duck Lake Man Dies

Albion, Mich.—Abraham Ringler, 80 years old, a native of Germany, but resident here since his boyhood, is dead following a heart attack while atop a load of hay which he was driving into the barn at his home, north of Albion, near Duck Lake. A nephew, Charles Putnam, had gone into the barn to back out a buggy and after getting no response to his call to his uncle, climbed to the top of the load and found Ringler unconscious. He was carried in the home, but failed to revive. He leaves his widow, one daughter, Mrs. John H. Dean, and one son, Bert Ringler, all of Clarence township.
