See 1910 census [Ohio], using name Fay Quivey.....her mother is using Mahon, [Harry Mahon of Indiana it would seem] who is probably Fay's actual birthfather.
So not sure what Quivey might refer to.
It seems then that her mother married Edmond J. Brennan who seems to be from and have been buried in Canada in 1927, stepfather or adopted daughter which is where the Brennan comes from.
