Dorothy died Saturday October 1, 2011, at Retirement Ranch in Clovis. She was born November 26, 1925, in Goldthwaite, TX, to Walter and Lou Senda Sheldon Baker. Dorothy moved to Clovis in 1947 and married James "Buck" Jones December 30, 1948, in Clovis. Dorothy was a homemaker, member of Kingswood United Methodist Church, PRMC Hospital Auxillary for 30+ years, and volunteer for the information desk at PRMC.
She is survived by three sons, Michael Jones, Jamie and his wife, Marla Jones, both of Clovis, NM, Pat and his wife, Nance Jones of Hillsboro, NM; son-in-law, Ray Jones Texico, NM; 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
She was preceded by her parents; husband, "Buck"; daughter, Virgie Jones; daughter-in-law, Daphnee Jones, and 12 brothers and sisters.
The family request memorial contributiions to PRMC Auxillary c/o Plains Regional Medical Center 2100 N. MLK Blvd., Clovis, NM 88101.
Family members will gather at 201 W. Christopher Thursday, October 6, 2011.
