My Mom, Delores Nemetz shared the last five months of her life with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, nephews and nieces under the care of Saint Agnes Hospice, as she sweetly named them her "Guardian Angels".
"The Lord will send his angel to accompany you and to guide you safely on your way."
Mom departed this life on November 7th, 2006 and celebrated her 75th birthday on November 8th in the presence of Our Lord, surrounded by her son Arthur Alviso, husband Arthur Nemetz and the many family members who have preceded her in death.
My Mom made many long-lasting friends during her career as a saleswoman, and was honored numerous times for her talent in providing superior customer service to each and every customer. She prided herself in reaching out to every person who walked through the doors of the Madera businesses where she was employed, now long gone. O'Grady's, Montgomery Ward, J.C. Penney's, Calaway's Drug, Niles Pharmacy, Hall's Drug and K-Mart, just to name a few.
My mother gave me and my husband Paul the most precious part of her life, that neither one of us will ever forget. For me the tender hugs, sweet kisses and constant words of love will never fade from my memory.
A Memorial will be held at Paul and Timi Milor's home, on Sunday, November 19, 2006 at 2:00 PM
