Additional information found February 2013, by another family researcher,Sharon McGill. The sister of Curtis John Tade is name Geraldine O. Tade.

Mother Martha Thompson Tade is buried in Forest Lawn cemetery, Seattle King County, Washington.
Martha died April 8, 1837.
Father Joseph S. Tade died January 6, 1920 and he is buried in Mt. Pleasant cemetery, Seattle King , Washington.
(There are no cemetery stones).


Curtis John Tade was his legal name according to records, however his burial must be listed as J. Curtis Tade on Cemetery records.

Curtis registered for both World Wars I and II.
On his World War I draft registration card, he is listed as a man of Medium heigth,medium build, grey eyes and brown hair.
Curtis was supporting his parents Joseph and Martha in June 1918, according to the record of draft WWI.
Curtis marries Mary Etta Talbert, they move to Seattle ,King Washington area , and to Auborn, Washington ,( information from federal census records.)
Curtis lives in Virgina State,West Virginia State, and moves to Washington State.

Father Joseph was a miner.
