Martha F. Thompson was born to parents Hezekiah Benjamin Sr. Thompson, and Sara Ann Conaway/Connway, in Montgomery Floyd, Virginia.
She married Joseph Samuel Tade.
They had two children ,a daughter G. O. Tade born in 1876.
This information is on the 1880 Federal census record.
G. O. is not shown in the 1900 census record ,but Martha states she is the mother of two children and both are living in 1900.
Note: February 2013 another family researcher Sharon McGill discovered the name of their daughter. It is Geraldine O. Tade.
Martha and Joseph had a son born to them about 1895. His name was Curtis John Tade. In some of the records of the census and others he uses the name varied.

Martha is buried in the same cemetery as her brother Larkin David Thompson. There are no cemetery stones for either Martha, husband Joseph, or Martha's brother Larkin David Thompson.
