John married second Frances Clarke, together five children were born, they are:
John
Elizabeth
Dorothy
Abigail
Judith
Pastor John Reyner, according to SAINTS AND STRANGERS, was born c. 1605 at Gildersome, Yorkshire, England (about 35 miles from Scrooby, Eng.) Pastor Reyner and his daughter, Elizabeth, arrived in Boston on the ship "James" c. 1635.
He was pastor for the Plymouth church from 1636 until 1654. Pastor John resigned because of doctrinal disputes in 1654. He removed to Dover, New Hampshire, where he died in 1669.
Pastor John's daughter Elizabeth, at Plymouth, in 1637, married Thomas Southworth (son of Edward and Alice Carpenter-Southworth), who had been raised in Holland before joining Alice (who had since married Gov. William Bradford). Elizabeth had one child (no name known) only. (*1)
Pastor Reyner, teacher of the Dover Church died 21 Feb 1669. He made his will 19 April 1669 and probated on June 30. He bequeathed to his wife - John, Elizabeth, Dorothie, Abigail and Judith; to son Jackim of Rowly and dau Hannah, wife of Job Lane of Ballerica "A cup I had with her mother." (Samuel Richardson and Josiah Ellsworth, (page 193).

[*1] This 1945 paragraph by Wilson is materially an error. Rev. John's daughter Elizabeth, by second wife Frances Clarke, did not marry Thomas Southworth in 1637, rather it undoubtedly was Rev. Reyner's sister Elizabeth who married Thomas Southworth of record at Plymouth, Mass. on Sept. 1, 1641. (See 2002 issue of the NEHGS REGISTER 156:325 and its footnote to an 1872 issue of the REGISTER 26:331-32 that disproves Wilson's 1945 assertion.) The unnamed child of Thomas Southworth by wife Elizabeth was, long before 1945, known to have been daughter Elizabeth, who married of record Dec. 7, 1664 at Plymouth, Joseph Howland, son of John Howland of the Mayflower.
