She was born in Excelsior Springs, Mo., and had lived in many areas of Missouri. She had lived in Olathe six years. She was a graduate of Marysville State Teachers College in Marysville, Mo. She had been a nurse before retiring in 1963. Her husband, Melvin Peters, preceded her in death in 1952. Her second husband, Chester Myers, preceded her in death in 1983.
She was a member of the Blue Lake Baptist Church, Stanley, and the Rebekah Lodge, Blue Springs, Mo.
She is survived by a son, James Peters of Harrisonville, Mo.; two daughters, Joyce Morgan of Stanley and Faye Bollinger of Ulysses; two sisters, Bertha Peters of Keytesville, Mo., and Claracy Ingels of Olathe; a brother, John Hulett of Kansas City, Mo.; seven grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
