Born October 21, 1903, Nephi, to John H. and Mary Annie Carter Burton. Married LaVer Iverson September 3, 1921. Owner-operator Victory Clearners. Employee Ute Liner Co. Member, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors: widow, sons, daughters, Maurice, Richard Max, Fairon, Lynn, Wayne Kenny, Mrs. John (Veda) Leonard, Mrs. Paul (Renee) Kinadon, Mrs. John (Boni) Cramer, Mrs. Geniel Gonzales, Mars. Ricardo (Sandra) Madrigal, Mrs. Danny (Jackie) Larsen, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Maurice (Irene) Fausett, Ogden. 55 granchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, brother, sister Alton, Buhle, Idaho; Deios, Mrs. Elva Green, Salt Lake City.

Funeral, Saturday, 11 a.m., 4760 South State Street, where friends call Friday, 6-8 p.m., Saturday, hour prior to service. Burial, Memorial Gardens of the Valley.
