Kelly was born in Charlestown, West Virginia, to Betty Elliott-Ballenger- Willett. He loved Country music. He had a laugh that echoed through the house. At one time, he was a member of the 'Guys and Dolls' clogging and line dancing group, along with his brother, Paul. He also had a knack for card tricks and could be a jokester. Kelly was baptized the summer before his death while attending Ritchie Baptist Church, in Upper Marlboro, MD. He loved animals, but most of all, he loved his family and friends. He is greatly missed.

Gravesite Details

Kelly's grave is on a slight embankment. I have spotted deer and peacocks near his site. To the right and behind, is a hill with 3 crosses. Our brother Paul, and stepdad, Paul Willett, now rest beside him.
