Besides her husband, she leaves one daughter, Mrs. Ray Callen; three grandchildren, Dale Callen of Burwell, Idaho, Lee Callen of Camp Young, Idaho and Francis Callen of Camp Swift, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Ota Chapman and Mrs. Ella Jenkins of St Joseph; and one brother, Oscar Clemmens of Amazonia; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held from the Amazonia Methodist Church Sunday afternoon with Rev. Mrs. Speer in charge. Interment was in the Savannah cemetery." Savannah Reporter and Andrew County Democrat (Savannah, Missouri), November 13, 1942
