Oliver Fred Walsh better known as "Ollie" was part owner of Walsh's Restaurant in Columbia, Illinois with his wife Lulu for 12 years. He also worked for Paula Products in St Louis, Mo until his retirement. He was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in East Carondelet, Illinois and the Moose Lodge in Belleville, Illinois. He had one child, a daughter, Joan Walsh (see link below) by his first marriage to Clarice Theobald.
