Former Wewoka resident Allen Harjo Jr. passed away Thursday, September 22nd, 2011 in St. Anthony's Hospital at the age of 59 years. Born May 14, 1952 in Ada, Oklahoma to Allen Harjo Sr. and Grace (Factor) Harjo. He graduated from Capital Hill High School. Preceding him in death are his parents, and brother Samuel Harjo. Survivors included his children: Shaylen Bratcher, Nathaniel Harjo, Joshia Harjo, and Seqouyah Harjo, four grandchildren; brothers and sisters Carl Harjo, Carolyn Littlefield, Bruce Harjo, Warren Harjo, Cynda (Harjo) Goddard and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside l services were held 1:30 PM Friday, September 23, 2011 at High Spring Cemetery, Konawa, OK.
