MRS. EMMA H. BEATTY.
Mrs. Emma H. Beatty, 71 years, one month and one day old died at 6 o'clock this morning at the home Mrs. Eva Hetzel near Broad Ford. Mrs. Beatty had been ill several months. She was born August 24, 1848, at Mill Run, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Murray, both deceased. Mrs. Beatty was twice married. Her first husband was Thomas Williams, of Broad Ford, who died March 17, 1910. Later she married James Beatty, who has also since died. There were no children. One adopted son, residing at Star Junction, survives.
The funeral service will be held Sunday at 1 o'clock at the Beatty home and at 2 o'clock at the Hickory Square church. Interment in charge of Funeral director J. S. Sims will be made in Cochran Memorial Cemetery.
