Beulah Fancil, 77, died Saturday, Oct. 23, 1999, at Bethany Village in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
She was born March 19, 1922, in Indianapolis. Her parents were Sylvester and Josephine (Phillips) Jones. She married Glen D. Fancil July 28, 1962. He preceded her in death Nov. 15, 1995. Survivors include two daughters, Rita Paris of Franklin and Linda Slaughter of Indianapolis; one son, Donald E. Lanpher of Indianapolis; one stepdaughter, Betty Scott of Indianapolis; two sisters, Delores Gedig and Margaret Lutes both of Indianapolis; two brothers, Glen Jones and James Jones, both of Indianapolis; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; nine step grandchildren; and 20 step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Larry L. Lanpher; one infant daughter; one brother, Willard Jones; and a stepson, James E. Lanpher.
She was a 1941 graduate of Southport High School.
She was a homemaker.
The Rev. Leonard Enloe will conduct a service at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Faith Community Church in Indianapolis. Burial will be at Hardinville Cemetery in Hardinville, Ill. Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Greenwood Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
