Gravesite Rites are set for "Willie" Eschenburg
Funeral services will be held from the graveside in the City cemetery at 10:30 a.m. March 29 for Mrs. Gus (Willie) Eschenburg of San Antonio, who died in San Antonio, at 9:45 a.m. March 27. Seydler-Hill Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements and the Rev. Gerald Evans will officiate at the rites.
Mrs. Eschenburg was born January 4, 1904, in Gonzales, and was married to Gustav Carl Eschenburg who preceded her in death on May 20, 1984. She was formerly of Gonzales and was a member of the Episcopal church.
Survivors include a niece, Mrs. Jerry (Silsbee) Winburne of Houston, and a nephew Ernest Christian Jr., of Washington, D. C.
