Salt Lake Tribune, The (UT) - April 3, 2005. Deceased Name: Helen Bemenderfer Anderson 1915 ~ 2005. Helen Anderson, age 89, passed away on April 1, 2005 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Helen was born to Hugh H. and Emma K. Bemenderfer on July 20, 1915 in Ogden, Utah. She married Wendyl Anderson on August 20, 1937 in the LDS Salt Lake Temple. She was a talented seamstress and artist. Her love of arts and crafts lead her to open Salt Lake Ceramics, which she owned and operated for twenty five years. Helen was a faithful member of the LDS Church and held many various callings. She was a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Most of all, Helen loved her family and will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Helen is survived by her daughter Bonnie A. Holt, son Richard W. Anderson, sisters; Hugenia Sacco, and Billie Shaw, 14 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister Faye Dawson and brother Robert Bemenderfer. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 4, 2005 at 12:00 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 Highland Drive where friends may call from 10:45-11:45 prior to the service. Interment will follow at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
