MRS. JOSEPHINE PERRY DIED AT FAMILY HOME
Long Illness Proves Fatal to Daughter of Early Settlers.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday from, the Masonic Hall for Mrs. Josephine Elizabeth Reynolds Perry, daughter of a pioneer family in this county, who passed away Saturday evening at her home in this city following a long illness.

The services were under the auspices, of Marguerite Parlor, No. 12, N.D.G.W., of which Mrs. Perry was a member, the Rev. Sanborn, of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church at Roseville, officating. Burial was in Union Cemetery. The M. O'Keefe Company was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Perry was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.(ed.-Issac) Ober, pioneers in this county, and was born at the old Ober home on Coloma road. She was educated in the county
and spent almost her entire life here, taking an active part in the life of several organizations in which she held membership. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary and of Leona Rebekah Lodge in addition to the N.D.G.W.

Mrs. Perry was the widow of Richard Reynolds, who passed away in 1919 and several years later she was married to Charles C. Perry. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four daughters and three sons, who are Gertrude, Adeline and Mildred Reynolds and Mrs. Mae Johnson, and Henry, Leon, and Burwell Reynolds. In addition, she is survived by two brothers, William and James Ober, and two half-brothers, George and John Luse, in addition to other more distant kin.
