Mrs. Henrietta Zuelsdorf nee Voelzmann, an aged resident of Waupun, died Saturday, Jan. 9, at 3 o'clock p.m. at the residence of her daughter, as result of a stroke of paralysis, aged 88 years, 2 months, and 5 days. The deceased was born Nov. 4, 1820, in Prussia, Germany, and was married in 1845 to Christian Zuelsdorf, who died 7 years ago. In 1877 the family imigrated to America, settling at Waupun, where they have since resided. She was the mother of eight children, two of who died in Germany, and three died here - Mrs. [Wilhelmine] Schwantz and Aug. Zuelsdorf died 10 years ago, and Mrs. [Amelia] Albert Hoeft 5 years ago. Three survive - Fred Zuelsdorf and Mrs. [Albertine] Felsman of Waupun and Mrs. H[enriette]. Luedke [Lutzke] of Manitowoc.
Funeral yesterday at 2 o'clock p.m. from the Lutheran church, Rev. J. P. Franke officiating, with interment in Forest Mound Cemetery.
