Ernest E. Antle, 70, of Russell Springs, died Saturday, June 6, 2009 in Russell County.
Mr. Antle was born November 10, 1938 in Russell County to Lizzie Coffey Antle and Virtus Antle who preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by two brothers Joe Antle and Roy Antle; and one sister Evely Alexander.
He is survived by four sons Ricky (Belinda) Antle and Wayne Antle of Russell Springs, Donald Antle of Beattyville, KY and Gene Antle of Noblesville, IN; one daughter, Cheryl Muir, Arcadia, IN; three brothers Arvil Antle of Louisville, Bobby Antle of Jamestown, and Allen Antle of Russell Springs; three sisters Maxine McClillan of IN, Ida (Bobby) Holt of Russell Springs, and Mary Le of Greenwood, IN.
Mr. Antle was a farmer and a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. Special music was provided by Bobby and Ida Holt, Bodie Emerson and Steve Stapp.
The funeral was held Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Danny Yaden officiating.
Burial was in Dixon Cemetery.
