Funeral service was held at 2 o’clock Monday at the Charles Walley chapel in Elkhart for Mrs Oscar Truex of San Antonio, Texas, former resident of Baugo Township.
Mrs Truex, whose sudden death occurred Wednesday, May 6, at San Antonio, was born in Baugo Township on November 23, 1884, the daughter of Charles and Emeline Weaver.
She was married to Oscar C Truex, April 11, 1905. He died June 16, 1936.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs Warner of Elkhart; two daughters, Mrs Otis Ehret of Elkhart and Mrs J L Paulus of Corpus Christi, Texas; one son, Clarence Truex in the service; three granddaughters; one sister and two brothers.
Rev F H Sparks of Jamestown Methodist church officiated, with burial in Grace Lawn cemetery.
