Apr 2, 2001- I am a decendent of George Washington Lasiter and Malisia Chercie Peters. G.W. and Chercie are buried in Wewoka, OK. G.W.died 1-14-1935 and Chercie about 1970. She was 95 years old. They had 5 children. Thomas Haywood Lasiter(my grandfather) b.10-27-1881, Tioga,Cooke Co.,Texas. He died in Wewoka 1954.The other children are Fred Lasiter, Wewoka, Ok. Ralph (Jack) Lasiter, Okla. City. Lee Lasiter Decatur, Ill, and Raymond (Mack) Owen Lasiter. I am in touch with his daugher in Napa, Ca. Thanks, Paula Lasiter ([email protected]) at genforum.com.
