Mrs. Florence Adkins of Cotton Plant in ward 9 died in the local hospital here yesterday (Thursday) morning, April 18th.
She was 28 years old at the time of her death.
She is survived by her husband, C. W. Adkins, and three children, Lavelle, Billy Gene and an infant boby born Sunday; her mother, Mrs. Jane Shelton.
Funeral services will be held at Old Union church Saturday at 2 P.M. with the Rev. George W. Wall in charge of the services. Interment will be made in a nearby cemetery.
The funeral will be conducted under the direction of the Riser Funeral Home, Columbia.
