LAKE CITY - Henry J. "Tom" Foxworth, 76, died Mon., Oct. 13, 2003, at his daughter's home. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2003, at Lake City Church of God. Burial, directed by Brockington Funeral Home, followed at Lake City Memorial Park.
Mr. Foxworth was born in Williamsburg County, a son of the late Henry J. and Aline Cook Foxworth. He was a truck driver for Gowdy Grain Company and a member of Lake City Church of God.
Survivors are his wife, Clara Wellington Foxworth of Lake City; four daughters, Vivian Welch of Turbeville; Gloria Harris of Kingstree; Miriam Owens of Lake City; and Kathy Powell of Pamplico; two sons, Preston Foxworth of Batesburg; and Terry Foxworth of Scranton; one brother, Roland Foxworth of Lake City; one sister, Rita Foxworth of Turbeville; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
