Mr. Foxworth was born on May 12, 1930 in Williamsburg County, son of the late Henry John Foxworth and Alline Cook Foxworth Coker. He was a retired truck driver of 38 years with W. Lee Flowers. Roland was a dedicated member of Coward Church of God where he served on the Usher Committee and in his earlier years was active in the bus ministry. He was known throughout the community for his gardening ability and his supersize sunflowers and sweet potatoes.
Mr. Foxworth was preceded in death by brothers, Tom Foxworth, Wesley Foxworth, and Bobby Foxworth.
