Annette Jones, a cancer survivor for over 20 years, died peacefully, at her home in Edmonds, Washington, February 17, 2006, at the age of 67 years.


She was born to Hattie and Ellsworth Pugmire Cleveland, July 8, 1938, in St. Charles.


Annette worked for many years in wholesale and retail sales of women's apparel. She had also been an active fund raiser for the Boys and Girls Club of Edmonds. In recent years, Annette had taken up golf and especially enjoyed the times spent with her golfing girl friends.


She is survived by her son, Shawn Casey Jones of Scottsdale, Arizona, sister, Genese Beck, of Kaysville, Utah and brother, Jack Cleveland of St. Charles.


Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard M. "Dick" Jones; brother, Blair Cleveland; and stepson, Mike Jones.


She will be missed dearly by all that knew her.


A celebration of Annette's life will beheld at the family home in Edmond, Washington February 25.
