CLAUD, Anna Keesling, 71, of Midlothian, Va., passed away at her home on August 21, 2010. Mrs. Claud was a nurse for 20 years having worked at both Chippenham Hospital and the Brandermill Woods Retirement Center. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, William D. Claud. She leaves to cherish her memory two devoted sons, William D. Claud Jr. and his wife, Ruth Ann, and Michael L. Claud and his wife, Valerie; five grandchildren, Jordan, Brandon, Logan, Haydn, and Camryn; three sisters, Flora Jean Almany, Barbara Goodpasture, and Martha Vottero; and three brothers, Jimmy Keesling, Johnny Keesling, and David Keesling. Mrs. Claud was a faithful member of Woodlake United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Anna's name to Woodlake United Methodist Church Building Fund. Her remains rest at the Bliley's - Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Road, where family will receive friends August 23, 2010 from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on August 24, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Woodlake United Methodist Church. Interment Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Amelia.
