Died on a Friday with services on the following Monday. Survived by four sons, Turner of California, Ples of Checotah, Ellis of Chicago and Joe of the home and five daughters, Eliza Wilkerson of Tennessee, Hattie Clark and Virgie Steen of Checotah, Mamie Donaldson and Ruby ? both of Chicago. (Sorry I can't read Ruby's surname - it begins with "S" but that's all that's readable)
