Brookfield - Jacquelyn M. Darrow, 50, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 4, 2011, while her loving husband and family were at her side, at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, following a courageous battle against cancer.
She was born on August 7, 1961, in Cooperstown, the daughter of Harold G. and Jane E. Christian Shipman.
On May 14, 1983, she married Rupert R. Darrow.
Jacquelyn is survived by her husband, Rupert; her mother, Jane Shipman, of Schenevus; a daughter and son-in-law, Maxine and William Butler, of Columbus; her sisters, Ruth (Tim) Darrow, of Brookfield, and Pauline Treonze, of Bridgewater; her brothers, Ed (Cindy) Shipman, of Brookfield, Wayne (MaryAnn) Shipman, of Brookfield, Carl (Kimberly) Shipman, of Copenhagen, Steven Shipman, of Westernville, and Peter Shipman, of Brookfield; her beloved grandchildren, Hunter, Zachary, and Haley and several nieces and nephews.
Jacquelyn was predeceased by her father, Harold.
