Mrs. Mattie Boelkins died this morning at 3:30 o'clock, her dealth resulting from the infirmities of old age. She was the wife of Lukin Boelkins, residing at No. 144 North Fifteenth street and was a little over seventy-five years old at the time of her demise. Mrs. Boelkins was well known in the city, and was a woman of excellent character, much respected and beloved by her friends. The funeral will occur tomorrow afternoon from the family residence at 2 o'clock. Internment in Springvale cemetery.

Death Mrs. Louis T. Boelkins
The Journal si clled upon to announce the death of Martha, wife of Louis T. Boelkins at 3:30 o'clock yesterday morning at her home on North Fifteenth street, from old age and he effects of typhoid fever had been contracted several years ago which had left its induence on her system. Martha Niehus was born in Amsterdam, Holland n the year 1818. In June, 1831 she became the wife of Louis T. Boelkins, and in 1841 they came to this Country where they have since resided.
She was the mother of eleven children, five of whom survive her viz: Charles Boelkins of Glen Hall; Mrs. Fannie Bates, Aggie Boelkins, Joseph and Maggie Boelkins of this city.
She was a christian woman and a kind mohter and friend and will be sadly missed by those she leaves to morn her death. The funeral will take place thsi afternoon at 2 o'clockfrom the residence. Internment at Springvale.
