Entered into rest on Friday, August 18, 2006 in Davenport, WA. Longtime resident of Davenport. She was born June 6, 1903 to Peter B. and Marie (Boos) Kramer in Ritzville, WA, and grew up on a farm near Ritzville with 6 brothers and one sister.

She is survived by her twin daughters, one brother, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, as will as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Harms in 1990; five brothers and one sister.

She married Theodore (Ted) Harms on July 2, 1922. Ted and Ella lived on a farm near Davenport and she was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening in her beautiful flower beds and in her vegetable gardens, crocheting, playing bridge and pinochle and doing crossword puzzles.
