O. Forest (Frosty) Billings, 68, of 10912 W. 64th, Shawnee, died today at the home. He was born in Creighton, Mo., and lived in Clinton, Mo., before moving to this area in 1953. He was a yard man for the Paxton Lumber Company eight years before retiring in 1970. Mr. Billings was a member of the First Baptist Church, Clinton. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Edna L. Billings of the home; a son, Robert F. Billings, 4820 England, Meriam; a daughter Mrs. Nancy Inlow, 6519 Reeder, Shawnee, and a granddaughter. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Amos Chapel; burial in Pleasant View Cemetery, Shawnee. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel.
