She was a daughter of Edgar W. Baldwin and Esther I. (McKinney) Baldwin.

Elsena M. Fissel, 49, of Lincoln Estates, Gettysburg, died at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hershey Medical Center after a brief illness.
She was born in and resided in Adams County her entire life.
She was a daughter of Esther I. McKinney Baldwin of Aspers and the late Edgar W. Baldwin.
Her husband, Merle Fissel, died in 1970.
She was a member of the AMVETS of Fairfield.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Vernice Kuhn of Aspers, two brothers, Dean W. Baldwin of Biglerville R. 1 and Elvin L. Baldwin of Aspers.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Dugan Funeral Home in Bendersville, with the Rev. Almon D. Baird, officiating. Burial will be in the National Cemetery in Gettysburg.
Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of services.
