Dean graduated from Biglerville High School in 1953. He previously worked as a Stationary Boiler Room Engineer at St. Joseph's Covenant for 22 years and most recently at Musselman's for 22 years. In his spare time, Dean lovingly took care of his home and also took great pride in his taking care of his lawn.
Dean is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, June Elizabeth (Hykes) Baldwin of Shippensburg. He is also survived by his five children, Gregory D. Baldwin of Shippensburg, William R. Baldwin (Lynne) of Arizona, Timothy C. Baldwin of Arizona, Penny L. Hochberg (David) of New York and Joe A. Baldwin of Shippensburg; one sister, Vernice B. Kuhn of Aspers; five grandchildren and one great- grandchild. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Elsena Fissel and brother, Elvin Baldwin.
Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Memorial Services are at the discretion of the family.
