Orangeburg - Mrs. Lillie Mae Thomas Anderson, 82, of Orangeburg, died Wednesday, March 28, 2007, at Fairfield Healthcare Center in Ridway. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at Thompson Funeral Home Inc. with the Rev. John Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery. Mrs. Anderson was born May 10, 1924, in Orangeburg, a daughter of the late Harry A. Thomas and the late Lunette Bozard Thomas Martin. She was a member of Orangeburg Lutheran Church. She was the widow of Robert Cecil Anderson Sr. and was retired from Roses and K-Mart. She was preceded in death by a son, Harry Thomas Anderson, and a daughter, Dorothy Lynn Anderson. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Doris A. Lamb of Level Cross, N.C., and Mrs. Jean Yongue of Mount Pleasant; two sons, Robert C. Anderson Jr. of Wilmington, N.C., and James A. Anderson of Texas; a half-sister, Joyce M. Jones of Ellijay, Ga.; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 30, at Thompson Funeral Home Inc. in Orangeburg. Friends may call at the funeral home.
