Willie Azbill Bradley was the daughter of James M. Azbill (1848-1941) and Ida Eliz Louisa M. Ashley Azbill. She was the Wife of Henry Lee Bradley. While her date of death given was Nov. 22, 1878, her death certificate has Nov. 22, 1880 which maybe in error.

The children of Henry Lee Bradley and Willie Azbill Bradley, who were listed in her Obit are:

(1.)Mary Etta Bradley (Apr. 17, 1911 - Nov. 04, 1991),she married Dallas M. Parker.

(2.)Velma Mae Bradley (Apr. 17, 1908 - Jan. 10, 1985), she married Ross Peyton Gray.

(3.)Albert Hugh Bradley (March 27, 1913 - March 09, 1984), he is the husband of Ruby Pauline Jones Bradley (May 02, 1918 - July 24, 2002).

(4.) James Marion Bradley (May 09, 1905 Etowah Co., AL - July 16, 1986 Gadsden, AL), he is the husband of Margaret "Maggie" Cagle Bradley (Jan. 14, 1902 - Sept. 29, 1979).

Willie died at her home in Whorton's Bend and her funeral services were conducted at the Lebanon Church with the Rev. S. B. Calhoun and the Rev. C. R. Peek officating. The burial was in Lebanon Cemetery with Brown-Service in charge.

Mrs. Bradley had been ill for several months. She was born and reared in Coates Bend and was a member of the Advent Church at that place, but she had resided in Whorton's Bend for the past 11 years.

Surviving were: her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Azbill; two daughters: Mrs. D. M. Parker and Miss Velma Bradley; two sons, J. M. Bradley and A. H. Bradley of Gadsden.

Active pallbearers were: R. H. Eubanks, J. N. Eubanks, Odell Eubanks, Tommie Rowland, John R. Parker and Paul McGinnis.

Honorary pallbearers were: John Thornton, Oscar Eubanks, J. B. Wilson, Tom McBrayer, Jim Gray, Chester Sansom, Bill Hill, Sam Wilson, A. J. Vann, Albert Hollingsworth, Barrett Fulks, John Wood, Ernest Clonts, Dick Whorton and Earl Gwin.

Her Obituary was published in "The Gadsden Times"; Tuesday; Sept. 10, 1935.
