Mr. Hardy J. Braddy, 72, of 136 Avenue F, died at his residence Wednesday morning, December 11, 1985. Funeral services were conducted Friday, December 13 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home. The Rev. John Autry and the Rev. Gerald Baxley officiated. Burial was held in South View Cemetery. Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Braddy was a native of Taylor County. He had been a resident of Upson County for 40 years and retired as a card grinder from Thomaston Mills after 30 years of employment. He was an Army veteran of World War 11. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Donnie Tucker Braddy of Thomaston, one daughter, Mrs. Barbara Angulin Albritton of Thomaston, two sons: Mr. Jack Wayne Braddy of Thomaston, and Mr. Ronnie Kenneth Braddy of Griffin, two sisters: Mrs. Ruby Butler of Thomaston, and Mrs. Louise Hortman of Roberta, one brother, Mr. Ira Braddy of Abbeville. Ala. Two grandchildren also survive.
