Mrs. Ludie Schwartzbaugh, 94, of Olney was pronounced dead on arrival at the Richland Memorial Hospital this morning.
She was born in Indiana, the daughter of Calvin Albertson and Fanny Wise Albertson. A first marriage was to Charles F. Arledge, who preceded her in death. A second marriage was to William Schwartzbaugh who also has preceded her in death.
Mrs. Schwartzbaugh was a member of the Olney Church of the Nazarene.
She leaves five children, Wilbur Arledge and Mrs. Madge Hunt, both of Olney, Hazel Eldridge and Helen Leonard both of Kapac, Mich., and Alva Arledge of Miranda, Calif. There are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Mrs. Mae Phillips, has also preceded her in death.
Funeral services for Mrs. Schwartzbaugh will be held on Thursday afternoon in the Memorial Chapel of the Summers-Rainey Funeral Home with the Rev. Doyle Frazier officiating. Interment will be in the Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
