The funeral of John C. Albertson who died early Wednesday morning will be held this afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at Porter's Chapel with Rev. W. E. Bennett in charge.
Mr. Albertson was 87 years old and passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lutie Arledge, where he had lived for the past few years. He had been in failing health for some time.
He is survived by Mrs. Arledge and two sons, Ed of Urbana and Henry of Wisconsin.
Interment will be made at Haven Hill.
