Was born in Wasby, Sweden, March 11, 1832 and died May 12, 1915, at the Old People's Home in Omaha, Nebraska. Came to America in 1871. Was married to Andrew Haff in 1872. Came to Olsburg in 1883 and the husband died in 1889. Remained in Olsburg until 1907. The funeral services were conducted in Olsburg Sutday, May 16, and interment made in the family lot in Lutheran cemetery.
Three children survive: Freda Haff, deaconess at the Immanuel hospital at Omaha; Mrs. Oscar Peterson of Olsburg, Gabriel Haff of western Kansas, and an aged sister in Sweden.
